In today’s world, data is money and privacy lie at the apex of our system. There has been a cat and mouse game between the good guys and bad guys. Steganography is a process of hiding any confidential data, it must be any document or image file that we don't want to disclose with any third person in an image or video file. There are tons of encryption mechanisms like DES, 3DES, AES, RSA and so on. Most of these fail against attacks like KPA (Known Plain Text Attack), Known Ciphertext Attack, Brute force, etc. In steganography when creating an application, the application needs many different things. Like some applications need a small secret message to hide in an image or some applications need extra pixels of the images so the secret message can properly hide. This paper intends to give a brief discussion about steganography process and how to use it and which steganography technique is more suitable. This paper focus on implementing a Text-to-image Encryption mechanism in conjunction with AES-256 to gain 2 factored encryption which makes it difficult for the attacker to break the cypher text.
