Integration of the current IoT technologies in the academic domain has a broad opportunity for improvements such as operational efficiency and automation. IoT technology can be broadly utilized as the basis of a new system in the described scenario which combines Smart College Clapper and Faculty Leave Management System to enhance campus’s current infrastructure. The first, Smart College Clapper, utilizes the drawbacks of traditional manual bell systems like, they are often unsynchronized, inflexible, and prone to errors due to their reliance on human operation. This leads to confusion, disruption, and challenges in adapting to dynamic schedules. So, we need to guarantee bell rings to be more accurate and synchronized throughout the institution. Key advantages of the system include adjustability of bell time from anywhere, a reduction in the reliance on human operators, which decreased the opportunity of human error associated with administrative duties. The second, Faculty Leave Management System, eases the leave application process and fixes common difficulties. Handling leave requests with paper forms or emails is time-consuming and inefficient. Mistakes in data entry are common, causing confusion and it is sometimes hard for faculty to track pending leave balances accurately. Without a central system, managers might miss or delay responses to leave requests. This system has the ability to check the leave status, and even receive approval notice. The system reduces administrative workload, enhances transparency, and improves communication between faculty and administrations. Our experimental analysis show that the proposed system increases operational efficiency and reliability in college settings. Integration not only makes operations on campus up-to-date but also paves way for integrating IoT technologies in academic institutions.
