This research addresses the challenge of providing an affordable, accessible, and reliable computer control method for individuals with physical disabilities. It develops a real-time eye blink recognition system using Raspberry Pi to control a virtual mouse, offering hands-free interaction. The system optimizes blink detection accuracy, reduces latency, and ensures intuitive user experiences through rigorous testing in diverse environmental conditions. Results confirm the system's reliability, achieving 70-80% accuracy while significantly lowering costs compared to existing solutions. This research demonstrates the practical application of low-cost hardware in enhancing Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) for assistive technology, gaming, and virtual reality.
