The purpose of this study is to analyze choreographers’ attitudes toward adopting AI choreography technology. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted with a total of 239 choreographers. The key findings of the study are as follows. Among the general perceptions of AI by choreographers, only perceptions related to choreography/creation were found to influence perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes, and behavioral intentions. On the other hand, perceptions related to performance/education among the general perceptions of AI were found to negatively affect perceived usefulness. Notably, behavioral intentions were found to have no effect on actual behavior across all factors. Additionally, even when perceived ease of use was shaped through general perceptions of choreography/creation, perceived ease of use alone did not form a positive attitude toward the application of the technology. In other words, only the perceived usefulness, as derived from perceived ease of use, influenced attitudes and behaviors toward the use of this type of technology.
