This chapter presents the Triple C principle, which facilitates better understanding and involvement based on foundational communication in project management. The Triple C approach facilitates an integrated involvement of communication, cooperation, and coordination. Communication is the foundation for cooperation, which in turn is the foundation for coordination. Communication leads to cooperation, which leads to coordination, which leads to project harmony, which leads to project success.
