The fast-paced advancements in Internet of Things (IoT) technology offer transformative possibilities for healthcare systems, particularly in managing and dispensing medications. Based on real-time input parameters, this research paper explores the growth and execution of a Smart Pharmacy System (SPS) designed to automate the dispensing of medicines. Robot technology has helped to leverage Industry Revolution 4.0 all over the world. We explore the design and implementation of a robotic arm-based smart pharmacy system that leverages advanced technologies to automate the precise dispensing of medications. By integrating microcontrollers, IoT sensors, and sophisticated software algorithms, the system processes electronic prescriptions to accurately identify, measure, and dispense the correct dosages of medications. The robotic arm, equipped with precise grippers and verification mechanisms, ensures the right medication is selected and prepared for patients, significantly reducing human error and enhancing safety. This approach not only streamlines the dispensing process, improving efficiency in busy healthcare environments but also offers robust inventory management and real-time data tracking.
