The goal of the “GSM-Integrated Remote Notice Board” project is to develop a cutting-edge communication system that uses GSM technology to enable remote alerts and announcements. It is frequently difficult for traditional notice boards to reach a larger audience or to update information quickly. Creating a wireless e-notice board that shows messages submitted from the user's mobile device is the primary goal of this project. A SIM card placed in a GSM modem at the receiving unit receives messages sent by users. The shift register IC on the microcontroller was interfaced with by the GSM modem. The microcontroller receives the message and forwards it to an electronic notice board that has a display unit interfaced with a microcontroller. One of the main advantages of the suggested system is that it may function in regions with GSM coverage, guaranteeing connectivity even in isolated or difficult-to-reach places. Because of the system's user-friendly architecture, administrators may simply change and manage the presented data by sending short text messages. The initiative also intends to optimize the system for dependability and reduce power usage. The remote notice board system may find use in a number of settings, including public transit, community centers, educational institutions, and businesses.
