IoT nodes using optimized multihoming capability to improve performance and connection in harsh locations like coal mines, where network dependability is crucial. Coal mines provide unique issues that traditional single-network solutions frequently are unable to handle, such as frequent signal disruptions and constrained coverage, which increase operational hazards and impair communication. With the aim of ensuring reliable and continuous communication, this project intends to create and implement a sophisticated multihoming strategy that makes use of several network interfaces, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LoRa. To maintain optimal performance, dynamic network selection algorithms will constantly switch between networks while keeping an eye on real-time characteristics like latency, bandwidth, and signal strength.
