Amid the continuous advancement of information technology, the rapid evolution of key big data technologies has provided essential technical support for the management of power systems. To ensure high-quality electric power supply, power utilities must maintain effective logistics management, which serves as a critical support for the reforms and development within power enterprises. Traditional logistics management models, reliant on paper documents and 2D information, face challenges of inefficiency and inaccuracies, hindering the modernization of operations. This study aims to address these challenges by proposing a smart logistics management solution that leverages big data and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. The research explores its applications across maintenance, asset management, emergency response, energy management, and administrative processes. Using data analysis, model development, and case studies, the paper demonstrates how smart logistics can improve operational efficiency, safety, and convenience within power companies. By developing a comprehensive logistics management information system, this research offers a framework for the digital innovation of logistics management in power enterprises, contributing to higher management standards, more scientific operations, and sustainable development goals.
