Traditional monitoring methods are greatly influenced by environmental illumination and electromagnetic interference, so it is difficult to ensure the monitoring accuracy. In this paper, a corona arc monitoring device and its online monitoring system based on solar blind ultraviolet detection technology are designed and developed, aiming at realizing accurate monitoring and timely warning of corona arc phenomenon in power equipment. In this study, a high-sensitivity solar blind ultraviolet detector is used to capture the ultraviolet signal of corona arc in a specific band, and the sensitivity and reliability of monitoring are improved by photoelectric conversion and advanced signal processing technology. The monitoring device includes arc collecting, photoelectric conversion and data processing and transmission modules, which can collect, analyze and warn corona arc signals in real time. The system uses adaptive filtering, fast Fourier transform (FFT) and support vector machine (SVM) to identify different corona arc states with high accuracy. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the system is over 98%, and it can maintain high accuracy and stability in complex environment. The research results improve the safe operation level of power equipment, provide new ideas and methods for the development of corona arc monitoring technology, and have broad application prospects and popularization value.
