Previous time synchronization algorithms mainly consider the effect of communication delays when calculating drift compensation, but few scholars consider the effect of communication/measurement noises. So this paper will study the drift compensation problem of time synchronization in presence of both delays and noises.Fristly, inspired by LSTS algorithm, relative drift is designed to rely on first and last date package. Then, a decaying factor method is used to suppress delays and noises during computing drift compensation.Further, under given assumptions on the delays and noises, we use Lyapunov theory to theoretically prove that virtual drift αi(t)α will reach a consensus constant and the convergence rate of virtual drift error is not slower than O 1 √ k if the network is uniformly strongly connected (USC).As a result, time synchronization error is bounded in a finite time.At last, Numerical simulation results are shown to verify the correctness of our conclusions.
