Blind Assistance, Object Detection using Machine Learning

The goal of this project is to improve visually impaired people's quality of life by implementing an advanced system that is nevertheless easy to use. Our main approach is based on using machine learning, which is an intelligent computer program. This application use a camera to capture images of the environment and uses an algorithm known as image classification to identify different things. Accurate object recognition up to a pre-established distance is accomplished, and then the pictures are converted into audio signals to create a distinct aural depiction of the surroundings. This novel method provides blind people with an all-encompassing and natural way to explore their environment on their own, promoting convenience and a sense of independence in their daily life.
