Protecting sensitive patient data, which is crucial for preserving privacy, regulatory compliance, and public confidence in healthcare systems, is made more difficult by the expanding use of IoT devices in healthcare. Current security solutions are frequently insufficient, beset by weak real-time threat detection systems, ineffective encryption techniques, and cyberattack vulnerabilities. Furthermore, these systems frequently find it difficult to strike a compromise between the requirement for quick and easy access to healthcare services and strict security measures. To address these problems, we provide TrustSec-ChainX, a new system designed to improve data security and reliability in healthcare settings enabled by IoT. The TriBeST (Trust Evaluation based on Spatial, Temporal, and Behavioral Factors) model is at the heart of this paradigm. It assesses the reliability of data transfers by taking reputation, device behavior, and message accuracy into account. This multifaceted strategy greatly lowers the hazards connected to malevolent activity. Additionally, TrustSec-ChainX integrates PolyChainX, a multi-blockchain architecture that guarantees safe data storage with inherent tamper-resistance and transparency. Blockchain technology and sophisticated trust computation work together to provide a safe, scalable, and effective architecture for handling IoT medical data. In the end, TrustSec-ChainX is a significant advancement in safeguarding medical data while guaranteeing dependable, secure communication amongst Internet of Things equipment.
