Finite groups with few irreducible characters of codegrees not divisible by their degrees

For a character χ of a finite group G, the number cod (χ):=|G:kerχ|/χ(1) is called the codegree of χ. We classify the finite solvable groups with Fitting height 3 which have exactly two irreducible characters such that their degrees do not divide their codegrees.
