Wildfire disaster is one of the most common threats to the safe operation of transmission lines. For this reason, this paper proposes a wildfire risk assessment method based on data fusion and combination assignment. Firstly, the historical wildfire tripping fault data of transmission lines in a certain region are collected, together with the corresponding meteorological condition data, combustible material data and human fire behavior data; secondly, the weights of the disaster-causing factors are calculated based on the hierarchical analysis method and entropy weight method; then, the weights of the factors are combined to construct the formula for calculating the wildfire risk index and the formula is corrected based on the climate of rainfall and snowfall, as well as the high incidence of fire season. Finally, the research results can provide technical support for reducing the risk of wildfires in the power grid and improving the security of the power system.
