The advancement of information technology has led to the widespread use of wireless communications across various fields. At the core of these wireless communication networks are sensor nodes, which play a crucial role in data collection. When deployed in the environment, these sensor nodes gather critical information from their surroundings and transmit it to a central base station for further analysis. The primary challenge in these networks is energy efficiency, as sensor nodes typically have limited battery life. This paper addresses this issue by proposing a routing technique aimed at optimizing energy conservation within wireless communication systems. The technique combines fuzzy logic and ant colony optimization to extend the battery life of sensor nodes. Additionally, the paper introduces a clustering routing protocol built using Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO) and fuzzy logic, which enhances the network's efficiency by selecting optimal routes for data transmission, thereby reducing energy consumption and improving the overall performance of the wireless sensor network.
