In the network operation of communication operators, the efficient collection of physical and logical resource data of network elements is closely related to the stable and efficient operation of communication networks. A fully professional network element twins library is a mapping of the physical and logical resources of existing network elements, and the configurable collection and real-time construction of existing network device data are crucial. The traditional approach is to develop corresponding data collection micro services based on profession, manufacturer, equipment model, protocol type, and data type. After data collection, parsing and normalization, the data is stored in a twins database or CSV file, and processed and stored in another data consumption conversion service. With the continuous increase of connected device models and protocol types, the demand for data collection and construction of physical and logical resource models continues to advance, and the number of micro services that need to be developed and maintained is also increasing. The mode of monthly version updates also brings problems such as lengthy processes, long problem repair time cycles, and lack of online development and debugging conditions. Therefore, this article proposes a configurable construction method and system for a fully professional network element twins library. By abstracting the entire data collection process of network elements, combining file data consumption and dynamic construction of twins models, twins storage and upload rules can be configured online, realizing online configuration development, online debugging, and dynamic effectiveness of rule scripts. The overall delivery efficiency of iterations is improved, and the ability to quickly build network element twins libraries for existing network equipment without joint debugging in the laboratory is achieved.
