Integrating Robotics and Artificial Intelligence in Business Processes—An Organization Theoretical Analysis

In the future work will be characterized by increased collaboration of humans on the one hand and robots and artificial intelligent agents on the other hand. Division of labor, process integration, delegation and accountability are identified as major challenges in such joint business processes. This paper analyzes these topics from an organization theoretical perspective.
