Semantic Differential technique has been applied to a group of 28 people, and sample consists of 28 products. The semantic space is formed by 5 semantic axes: safe, fashionable, light, mobile and customized. There is a relation between the intention to purchase and the semantic axes, and they take up to 31.4% of the total purchase intention. The semantic axis “safe” is the most related to the intention to purchase. All product analyzed have a good assessment in the semantic axis “mobile”. However, some wheelchairs have poor assessment in the axes “fashionable”, “light”, and “customized”. Then, these axes could be encouraged in order to have a major impact on the users' perception.
