The article proposed a multi-timescale simulation platform tailored for the coordinated operation of source, grid, load, and storage in intelligent distribution networks, and proposes an optimized dispatching strategy. This strategy encompasses models for Electric Vehicles (EVs) participating in dispatching, as well as a classification of flexible loads, adapting to various timescales. By means of cost-minimizing dispatch on the day-ahead timescale, rolling optimization corrections on the intra-day scale, and fine-tuning of output deviations in real-time, the strategy enhances both the economic efficiency of the distribution network and the integration rate of Distributed Generation (DG). The multi-timescale scheduling model effectively reduces electricity purchase costs by over 20%.
