Abstract This chapter explores the transformative potential of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) with virtual reality (VR) in developing adaptive learning and development (L&D) programmes. Traditional L&D methodologies are increasingly inadequate in the face of rapidly changing business environments. AI and VR technologies offer unprecedented opportunities to personalise learning experiences, enhance engagement and improve outcomes.
