A Reliability Analysis Model based on Time Alignment of Multi-source Data
Bin Wen, Changjun Li, Haizhen Zhu · 2024
Prognostic and health management (PHM) technology improves the effectiveness of system maintenance and protection, enabling the implementation of preventative maintenance and self-maintenance. Nevertheless, the current research on the PHM solely concentrates on the development of the model and neglects the processing of degradation data. There is currently a lack of study on PHM technology from a systems viewpoint, as well as a lack of research on the design of systems from the standpoint of real-world challenges. To address these issues, this paper utilizes degraded data processing as its foundation, achieves multi-sensor data alignment through time alignment, further constructs the degraded model, and implements reliability estimation. Finally, the validity of the proposed model is verified by experiments.
