Sharing personal health data between individuals, particularly during global health crises (such as epidemics), raises significant security and privacy risks. Traditional centralized health data-sharing methods have failed to provide secure data management, encouraging health professionals to seek more robust solutions. This paper addresses the need for safe, anonymous, decentralized medical data sharing between individuals. Our proposed approach uses decentralized blockchain technology for data integrity, immutability, transparent audits, and cloud storage for scalable and secure access. Cryptographic techniques provide secure key exchange and session authentication for data privacy. The proposed framework allows secure peer-to-peer sharing of medical data while maintaining privacy, scalability, and security during critical situations.
