The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of 5G mobile traffic, in particular the traffic of video conferencing, streaming, online games, metaverses, live broadcasts and cloud gaming. The study was conducted on 5G traffic datasets collected by South Korean mobile operator SK Telecom. Statistics for the various types of traffic discussed in this article are obtained from datasets using the Python language. As a result of the study, various 5G traffic patterns were obtained and analyzed. In particular, experimental data for three types of video conferencing traffic such as Zoom, MS Teams and Google Meet correspond to α-stable distributions. In other cases, the distributions are complex and cannot be described by simple analytical models. In these cases, it is advisable to use directly fragments of the datasets themselves as test traffic.
