Machine Learning-Based Analytical study on Consumer's Health Insurance Purchase Intentions

Health insurance plays a pivotal role in safeguarding individuals against the financial burden of healthcare expenses. This study investigates consumers' intentions towards the purchase of health insurance in the National Capital Region (NCR), with a specific focus on Delhi. The objective is to understand the factors influencing consumers' decisions, ranging from awareness levels to socio-economic considerations. The study employs a cross-sectional research design, utilizing surveys and interviews for data collection. The work argues that there are multiple factors that can either develop or destroy synergy among insurers and providers. Also, that there are multiple opportunities and pressures. The empirical findings of this study support this argument. The work is the first in-depth study of the relationship between the insurers and providers from a strategic perspective
