Graph theory is a branch of mathematics that in its application represents objects with vertices and relationships between objects with edges. One of the studies of graph theory is the graph spectrum which is the arrangement of eigenvalues and their multiplicity. This research aims to determine the characteristic polynomial equation and spectrum of triangular book graph using adjacency matrix. The methods used in this research are library study, axiomatic descriptive, and pattern detection. The result of this research is the characteristic polynomial equation and the general form of the adjacency spectrum of the triangular book graph (K1,1,n)
