In today's fast-paced business environment, making informed decisions is crucial for success. To achieve this, decision-makers are increasingly turning to data-oriented and business intelligence databases. As a result, data warehousing is becoming a popular tool for managing and analyzing information. In essence, data warehousing is an operational system that processes an organization's day-to-day transactions and stores present and historical data from various sources in a centralized computer system. This enables organizations to gain insights and make informed decisions based on their data. In this study, the architecture, classification, and challenges associated with data warehousing have been explored to provide a thorough understanding of this essential technology.
