Design and Implementation of Tool Collaboration Platform for AI Agents

Xiaowen Ma, Yuewen Liu, Chuang Wang · 2024

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, AI agents increasingly rely on the collaboration of multiple tools to tackle complex tasks. Existing platforms, however, face significant challenges in tool integration, adaptability, and collaboration efficiency. This paper presents and implements an efficient tool collaboration platform for AI agents, leveraging a modular architecture, standardized interfaces, and rule-based tool adaptation technology. By incorporating core modules for tool management, integration, execution, and data synchronization, along with containerized deployment for environment isolation and scalability, the platform addresses the limitations of traditional systems. Experimental results show that the platform significantly improves tool collaboration efficiency, resource utilization, and system stability, establishing a solid foundation for future AI agent applications across diverse fields.
