This paper analyses the data security and privacy concerns in electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) systems, focusing on the challenges introduced by digitalization and how to deal with such issues. Using an exploratory research approach based on secondary data, the study explores the landscape of cyber threats, including external attacks and insider risks, faced by organizations relying on E-HRM systems.
