This paper introduces a Software-Defined Radio (SDR)-based receiver for NavIC and GPS, built on the RISC-V architecture. Designed to support multiple satellite constellations, the receiver offers high performance, rapid upgradability, and adaptability to evolving GNSS technologies. We detail the hardware and software architecture, emphasizing the system's capability to process signals from diverse constellations. Experimental results validate the receiver's effectiveness in signal acquisition, tracking, and navigation solution accuracy, underscoring its potential to advance state-of-the-art GNSS applications.
