A novel AI based mock virtual interview model

In this high competition era, college students and freshers job seekers rarely get the chance to know the interview environment and types of question for improving skills in the interview. Students also want to practice interview questions to prepare themselves in advance for presenting in-front of the interviewer. It is the better option to prepare well in advance for the interview. This research is to prepare the students for the upcoming interviews on the basis of the resume and project. Existing research works for preparation of the interviews are not according to the resume that student used for the job role. This research can improve the student confidence for preparing skills according to the resume submitted for the interviews. In this research, a new technology flutter is used to provide a user interface to the user on which they can input their resume then keywords are extracted from it and accordingly questions are asked related to their skills. User answers are analysed using models melfrequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC) and model Haarcascade for testing the confidence of the user. The accuracy of the answer is checked using the library SpaCy matcher. The implementation of this research work for preparing students on the basis their resume shows very good efficiency and effectiveness.
