Lei Guan, Shuai Chen · 2024

In the current era of rapidly advancing internet technology, illegal activities facilitated by online anonymity are becoming increasingly rampant. Perpetrators often use virtual accounts to conceal their true identities, enabling them to engage in fraud, disseminate false information, and other unlawful behaviors in the digital environment. Tracking and identifying the real identity information of users involved in such illegal activities has become a significant challenge in combating cybercrime. In this paper, a virtual identity alignment system based on multi-source intelligence is designed to solve the technical problem that the real world identity information in China cannot be confirmed after finding the accounts of overseas websites related to crimes. Based on virtual identity alignment algorithm and aiming at the actual business scenario of cyber crime task investigation, the system establishes the technical framework of virtual identity alignment system based on multi-source intelligence, and designs core technical modules such as task management module, virtual identity data management module, data collection module, virtual identity alignment algorithm module, and suspicious user evaluation module. And standardize the business data interface of the third party tracking platform. The system provides a strong support for law enforcement departments to investigate the task of cyber crime, and is of great significance for maintaining network security and promoting the construction of network identity management system.
