Informative criminal illegal acts encroached to peace, security of mankind and international order

Informational criminal and illegal acts that encroach on the peace, security of mankind and the international legalorder are associated with the use of an informational corpus delicti and the use of informational means that mislead theparties to the conflict, incite them to commit prohibited acts, and have the form of informational (verbal and non-verbal)influence. Information under the influence of this corpus delicti is distorted, hidden, illegally changed, used to transmitthreats and calls. The transmission of such information is shared and accelerated by mass media, through the Internet,closed and open groups in messengers, social networks and other communication channels. An increasing number of peoplebecome victims of information (hybrid) war and applied illegal informational influence (violence), which becomes a preludeto committing even more serious crimes – aggression, genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.The following are recognized as informational criminal and illegal acts that encroach on peace, human security andinternational legal order: 1) propaganda of war; 2) production, distribution of communist and nazi symbols andpropaganda of communist and national socialist (nazi) totalitarian regimes; 3) justification, recognition as legitimate,denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants; 4) public callsfor genocide; 5) illegal use of the symbols of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, Red Crystal. Informational criminal and illegalacts are part of rules included to art. 437 of CC of Ukraine (Crime of aggression) and art. 438 of CC of Ukraine (Warcrimes).Key words: criminal legislation, rule of law on criminal liability, informational criminal and illegal acts, propaganda,glorification of participants in aggression, launching an aggressive war, public calls for genocide, violation of the lawsand customs of war.
