This paper presents a comprehensive benchmarking study of the Stable Diffusion 3 model on various Amazon EC2 instances. We evaluated GPU utilization, memory utilization, temperature, power draw, and cost performance. The goal is to provide insights into the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of each instance type when running the Stable Diffusion 3 model, which can guide researchers and practitioners in selecting the appropriate instance for their workloads.
