Mobile or cellular networks are telecommunication networks where the links are wireless, the network distributed over land areas served by base station. These base stations provide network coverage for transmission of data, voice and other contents. Mobile networks provide telecommunication access which includes internet access through mobile data. It also provides insights on the performance of the networks, amount of data processed, associated geographies and user demographics location. Drive tests and walk tests are combined for executing detailed voice and data measurements under controlled circumstances. They determine the grade of experience of mobile networks by measuring throughput, network coverage and bandwidth to ensure high quality experience attained on the network. Mobile network drive test is a tool that helps improve performance, reliability and security of networks. Wall test requires verification of signal levels and quality of service by mobile network operator. In this paper weighted operators on IVFPF sets are defined and values acquired on applying these operators are used to compute accuracy function of IVFPF sets. It is found that Type I mobile network is the best.
