The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been inextricably linked with advances in data processing, especially through techniques such as data mining and statistical analysis. As AI systems become more complex and integrated into various industries, optimizing these systems for better performance becomes essential. Data mining and statistical tools play in improving AI models, focusing on methods such as feature selection, dimensionality reduction, and regression analysis are explored in this work. By analyzing different optimization strategies, including data preprocessing, model evaluation, and hyper parameter tuning, the paper demonstrates how to enhance AI accuracy and computational efficiency. In addition, the paper examines practical applications in sectors like healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, where optimization directly impacts real-world performance. The proposed optimization framework helps to solve the disconnect among theoretical models and practical implementation, offering actionable insights for developing robust and efficient AI systems.
