The problems of modernization of the CEMI RAS network in modern conditions are considered. The data on the network topology is updated, the composition and characteristics of network devices are considered. The principles of the planned modernization and the possibility of replacing outdated devices are described. The problems of implementing the planned improvement and the possibilities of their solution are highlighted.
