With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, green communication has become a research hot spot. This paper focuses on Wireless Powered Cooperative Network (WPCN) and discusses resource management and scheduling strategies for green communication. The core of the research is how to design and implement effective resource management strategies to minimize the energy consumption of such networks while ensuring communication quality and service quality. Firstly, this paper analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of WPCN, and identifies the key factors that affect energy consumption, including energy transmission efficiency, energy consumption patterns of user devices, and network structure of cooperative communication. Based on these analyses, this paper proposes an integrated resource management strategy, which involves energy allocation, sub-channel allocation and user scheduling. This strategy aims to optimize the energy consumption of the network while meeting the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of users. Secondly, this paper discusses how to further reduce energy consumption by adjusting the time and power of wireless power supply, as well as the node selection and data forwarding mechanism of collaborative communication. The proposed strategy takes into account the uncertainties and dynamic changes in the real network environment, such as user mobility and channel condition changes. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy, this paper uses MATLAB to conduct simulation analysis. Simulation results show that compared with existing methods, the proposed resource management strategy can significantly reduce network energy consumption while maintaining or improving communication quality. In addition, the simulation evaluates the performance of the policy at different parameter Settings, providing guidance for real-world deployment.
