This paper presents a security orchestration framework driven by bio-inspired and energy efficiency paradigms and embedded in the security architecture currently being developed in the NATWORK project. This project also entails the design and implementation of different security enablers that are essential for providing efficient and ubiquitous security management in future 6G networks. We delineate the relevant components and the framework and delve into their operation via two selected use cases. We also discuss the key challenges and future research crucial to enable the integration of smart and net-zero security orchestration in 6G networks.
