Effective Method for Identification of Numbers of Telephone Lines to Which the Cordless Telephones Operating in GSM Frequency Bands are Connected

This paper presents a method, which enables to identify the number of the telephone line to which the illegal cordless telephone is connected. Usually the operating frequency band of illegal telephone is outside of the intended frequency bands. The use of this method in Vilnius radio monitoring station for one year, proved its’ effectiveness and greatly increased the number of identified illegal phones.
