It is difficult to design chips with both bandgap voltage source and bandgap current source because of resistors with temperature coefficient, which leads to separate bandgap circuits, bigger die size and higher cost. This paper proposes a bandgap circuit with the integration of voltage and current reference. Based on the study of the traditional reference current source and voltage source, this paper presents the reference power supply circuit module configured with resistors, which includes the PTAT current circuit with the operational amplifier for the reference voltage, the CTAT current circuit and the current mirror for the reference current. The simultaneous output of bandgap reference voltage and bandgap reference current is based on the coupling of the PTAT and the CTAT circuit with the reference voltage loop and the reference current loop, sharing several components of the PTAT circuit and operational amplifier circuit. The simulation and evaluation results show that the bandgap reference circuit proposed in this paper is able to provide stable outputs over a wide temperature range, and both the voltage and current outputs demonstrate better temperature stability.
