Blockchain Based Wireless Networks: Technologies and Limitations

In view of the great development taking place in the field of communications, especially wireless, it has become necessary to search for ways to develop these technologies. The main problems with wireless technologies are that they lack security or privacy. Or in other words, we can develop and improve it based on blockchain technology by taking advantage of its basic characteristics that provide security, privacy and decentralization, which leads to increased availability. In this study, we analyze the literature and previous studies by finding the most important factors affecting the impact of blockehain on wireless technologies such as VANET, WIFI and adhoc. In addition, we are looking at ways to develop these technologies based on the blockchain by posing existing problems and challenges. Finally, this paper is the basic building block in analyzing the technologies of wireless communication based on Blockchain, and by relying on it we can develop and improve these technologies.
