Resolvio: User Feedback and Complaint Analysis using ML

In urban landscapes worldwide, public toilets have historically been neglected, resulting in subpar sanitation conditions. There is a recognition for the urgent need to revolutionize the perception and upkeep of public toilets. Public toilets are marred by issues like dirty washrooms, broken amenities and availability of amenities such as sanitary pads, hand wash etc. This research paper delves into the positive shifts initiated by local governing bodies, exploring how proactive strategies are turning public toilets into well-maintained. Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), our project applies advanced technologies to analyze user feedback, sentiment, and images. Through our innovative platform "Resolvio - User Feedback and Complaint Analysis", we aim to revolutionize public toilet maintenance, making them cleaner, safer, and more responsive to community needs, thus contributing to a brighter and sanitary urban future.
