Recent studies indicate a 160% increase in energy consumption due to these technologies. This paper examines the primary drivers of this escalating demand, focusing on the high computational workloads and the increased cooling requirements. It also evaluates current mitigation strategies such as energy-efficient hardware, advanced liquid cooling systems, and the integration of renewable energy sources.
