It is required to safeguard the safety of Electronic Health Records (EHR) in a number of different areas, such as the authentication of users, the protection of patient privacy, and the backup and restoration of data. Academics have suggested a significant number of unique algorithmic methods as a way of accomplishing the aforementioned goals. The proposed a technique for maintaining Electronic Health Records (EHR) is based on blockchain technology in order to cut down on the number of instances and the problem that arises with the centralized and decentralized data systems. The proposed work uses the Novel Consensus Algorithm for improving the mining efficiency. This model that has been provided serves as a foundation for the creation of an innovative semi-centralized strategy for the provision of EHR security
