In today's world of cloud computing, keeping stored data safe and secure is of utmost importance. This study presents a new model that mixes Federated Learning (FL) with blockchain tech to boost cloud storage security. The new Optimized Buffalo-based Homomorphic SHA Blockchain (OBHSB) model tackles common security issues by using advanced encryption methods and spread-out auditing systems. This paper delves into how OBHSB model is designed, structured, and implemented for cloud computing. The distributed and encrypted network created with the use of bIockchain and aggregation servers not only ensures data safety but also yields efficient computation results. The proposed model can protect different types of data from unauthorized access and attacks. The results show that it makes data integrity, privacy, and overall system strength much better compared to old-school methods.
