Traditional toll collection system costs everyone the same fee, regardless of road usage. Tolls that don’t depend on how much you use the road cause unfair financial situations and make rush-hour traffic worse. A distance-based toll pricing system needs to be put in place to make sure that drivers pay for the damage they cause to the road. This plan supports fairness and the automatic toll system also helps to cut down on rush-hour traffic. These problems show that there is strong need of a more advanced toll system that is fair for customers and cuts down on traffic so people can get around cities more easily. A Blockchain-based dynamic toll collection method is suggested in this study as a way to fix these problems. To change how tolls are collected, GPS will be used to charge cars based on how much they travel through the road. Blockchain makes financial transactions transparent, secure, and accountable. In addition to being more fair, efficient, and technologically advanced, this makes collecting tolls better. It makes road asset management more profitable and effective in the long run. The suggested method is a big step towards toll collection that is open, quick, and easy for people to use. It could make it easier to get around cities and make facilities last longer.
