With the continuous improvement of socioeconomic level and the rapid growth of information technology, the application of multidimensional information systems (IS) in various industries is becoming increasingly widespread, and the generated log data is also becoming increasingly large and complex. These log data contain critical information about system operation, which is of great significance for system management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. However, the massive amount of log data also poses significant challenges to the management and analysis of logs. To address this issue, this paper proposes a multidimensional IS log intelligent normalization method based on artificial intelligence (AI). This method combines machine learning (ML) and data mining (DM) techniques to transform log data in multidimensional IS into a unified, readable, and analyzable format, thus achieving effective utilization of log data. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this article can significantly improve the availability and analysis efficiency of log data, provide strong support for system monitoring and troubleshooting, and also provide valuable data support for business decision-making.
