With the rapid development and wide application of 5 G technology, high-reliability data transmission becomes one of the crucial research topics in 5G networks. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a systematic research on the optimization and evaluation of high-reliability data transmission strategies in 5G networks. First, the data reliability requirements of various application scenarios are analyzed, and the limitations of existing technologies in meeting these requirements are pointed out. Second, a series of optimization strategies are proposed, including the selection and optimization of data transmission protocols, data redundancy and error correction mechanisms. Finally, the performance of different strategies is compared and analyzed in detail by designing and implementing performance evaluation experiments. The experimental results show that the proposed optimization strategies significantly improve the reliability and efficiency of data transmission. The research results in this paper provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the further development of highly reliable data transmission strategies in 5G networks.
