The Vehicle-RTO-BlockChain (VeRB) system presents a pioneering solution to modernize the vehicle registration and re-registration process within Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) in India. Our work focuses on implementing blockchain technology to address challenges related to data security, administrative efficiency, and transparency in managing vehicle registration records. The VeRB system encompasses a user-friendly registration portal integrated with robust data verification modules and a permissioned blockchain infrastructure tailored to our specific needs. Through dynamic updating mechanisms and secure historical data storage, our system ensures the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of registration records while mitigating risks associated with fraud and duplication.
